These Terms of Service referred to as “Terms” will govern your relationship with www.danaghareeb.com referred to as “Website” which is operated and owned by Dana Ghareeb Consulting and Nutritional Services WLL referred to as “the Company”, (collectively referred to as “We” and/or “Our”)
When you visit and/or purchase any product/service from us, you are engaging in our “Services” as a “User” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service shall apply to Users (collectively referred to as “You” and/or “Your” ).
These Terms have been written in simple terms but are still legally binding, therefore please read them carefully before accessing or using Our Website, as they constitute as a legal contract between us. If You do not agree with these Terms, You are therefore prohibited from accessing or using the Website.

1. YOU
You confirm that You are at least 18 years old , and that You are capable of entering into a binding agreement. If You are below the age of 18, You may only use Our Services with the prior consent of Your parents or legal guardian. Please ensure that Your parent or legal guardian is aware of these Terms.
2. OUR SERVICES
We offer a variety of Services to assist You in Your nutritional needs, as highlighted below:
2.1 Consultations
30-minute consultations are available virtually via WhatsApp, Zoom, Phone call and/or in person consultations at Our office location in the State of Kuwait.
You can reschedule any appointment bookings only once, provided You do this four hours prior to the starting time of the scheduled time of the session.
If You provide us with less than 4 hours notice, then the session is non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.
We do not offer any refunds for this service. The consultation Services do not include meal plans.
2.2 Inbody Test
An Inbody test is an in-depth analysis of Your body composition in terms of skeletal muscles and percentage of body fat
You can reschedule Your Inbody Test upon request, provided You do this four hours prior to the starting time of the scheduled time of the session.
We do not offer any refunds for this service.
2.3 PROGRAMS
We have a wide variety of programs available for different nutritional needs, please read the terms for each program carefully, as well as the description of the services.
2.3.1 Jumpstart Program
This plan includes recipes for anyone looking for anti-inflammatory meals that are dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, and grain-free. This is an elimination diet.
It is a two-week subscription plan which includes one initial consultation, an anti-inflammatory meal plan and two virtual follow- ups, which will be once per week, for two weeks in a row. We do not offer any refunds for this service.
This plan is suggested for: hose that suffer from IBS, autoimmune diseases such as Hashimoto's thyroiditis, adult acne, eczema, brain fog, and continuous bloating, and other health issues. Although many of Our previous clients have had great results on this plan, t, We do not under any circumstances guarantee results, as Your results may depend on many other factors. Also please read 11.Disclaimer carefully.
2.4 Monthly Program
This is a 30-day renewable subscription which includes one initial consultation, customized meal plans and regular follow ups depending on your chosen plan. More details on each plan can be found here.
You can cancel Your plan at any time before the start of the program. Upon cancellation before the start of the program, We shall refund 80% of the payment made minus bank, credit card and/or Our Third Party payment provider’s charges. No refunds available under any circumstances after you start the program.
If the program starts, We can not offer any refunds, but are willing to freeze the plan within a six-month period, should You have an emergency. In order to request a reschedule, please email us at dana@danaghareeb.com with a valid reason for such changes.

2.5 Motherhood Programs
The Motherhood plans are tailored towards women who are looking to conceive, are pregnant, or breastfeeding. Although Our previous clients have great results on this plan, We do not under any circumstances guarantee results, as Your results depend on many other factors. Also please read 12.Disclaimer carefully.
2.5.1 TTC Program
This plan is ideal for women and couples who would like to get pregnant or are scheduled for IVF or any assisted fertility treatments.
This plan is available for a month, 3 months, or 6 months. The plan will start with an initial consultation, and includes 3 x 10 day meal plans during a month, as well as 3 follow-ups per week.
2.5.2 Pregnancy Program
This plan is ideal for pregnant women
This plan is available for a month, 3 months, or 6 months. The plan will start with an initial consultation, and includes 3 x 10 day meal plans during a month, as well 3 follow-ups per week.
2.5.3 Breastfeeding Program
This plan is ideal for breastfeeding mothers.
This plan is available for a month, 3 months, or 6 months. The plan will start with an initial consultation, and includes 3 x 10 day meal plans during a month, 3 follow-ups per week
2.6 Cancellations and Freezing of Programs
You can cancel any of Your Monthly programs or Motherhood programs at any time before the start of the program. Upon cancellation before the start of the program, We shall refund 80% of the payment made minus bank, credit card and/or Our Third Party payment provider’s charges. No refunds available under any circumstances after you start the program.
If the program has already started, We will not offer any cancellation or refund, but We may be willing to freeze the plan within a six month period, should You have an emergency. In order to request a reschedule, please email us at info@danaghareeb.com with a valid reason for such changes.
3 YOUR ACCOUNT
To purchase Our Services You will need to create an account. Therefore, We will need You to provide us with the following information:
- Username
- Valid email address
- Password
- Phone number
It will be Your responsibility to maintain the security of Your account and ensure that the information You have provided is accurate. Please do not share Your password or other access credentials with any other person.
If there is any unauthorized use of or access to Your account or any other breaches of security, please immediately notify our team in writing at info@danaghareeb.com in order for us to assist if possible.
4 PAYMENTS
Our Third Party payment providers, Tap Payments, always ensure to provide secure online payment options.. Payments may be made by one of the following payment methods Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Amex.
You need to provide us with accurate information regarding Your credit, debit card or other banking information to enable Our Third Party payment providers to process Your order and We may need to share banking information You provide to Our Third Party payment processors.
You will be responsible for the accuracy of the banking or financial information You provide us. We recommend that you ensure that it is current and up-to-date.
5 YOUR PRIVACY
As mentioned in 3. YOUR ACCOUNT, We collect a variety of information from You when You visit Our Website and make purchases With that said, We take all reasonable steps to protect Your personal data and keep Your information secure.
- Our collection, use, processing and sharing of the information is required to fulfil the services offered by the Company.
- You acknowledge that We may process Your personal data for legitimate business purposes, such as human resources and personnel management, business process execution and internal management, internal communications, health safety and security, compliance with legal obligations, and exercise or defence of legal claims.
- The collection, use and disclosure of Your personal data (including information relating to Your card enabled device, card account, card transactions) by or to service providers of such digital payment services is for the purposes of processing Your payment.
- Your personal data may be transferred and/or stored in various jurisdictions.
As the owner of the personal data, you have the right of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, and limitation of the information collected, transferred and stored by us.
6 AMENDMENTS
We may make changes to these terms from time to time. When We amend these Terms, We will update this page and indicate the date that it was last modified and We may email you. It is Your responsibility to check these terms from time to time. You may refuse to agree to the amendments, but You must immediately cease using Our Website.
7 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR DIRECTORS, OWNERS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR MULTIPLE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) THE CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICES; OR (C) UNAUTHORISED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT.
8 INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, and any third party information provider to the Website from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including attorney’s fees), resulting from (a) Your access to or use of the Services, or any products, (b) Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; or (c) Your negligence or wilful misconduct.
9 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The copyrights and other intellectual property rights for Our Website (including text, graphics, photographs, logos, icons, domain names, service marks, information, design, sound recordings, and software) and the copyrights for all products including eBooks and any other downloadable material are owned or licensed by us, unless otherwise stated.

14 FORUM OF DISPUTE
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to Your use of Our Website, shall be resolved first by internal negotiations with Our team. If You have any dispute or claim whatsoever, please email us at info@danaghareeb.com. In the case that the dispute is not resolved through negotiations within one (1) month, they may then be resolved by the Courts of the State of Kuwait.
