It is hard to break old habits. Some sign up with me just for nutritional guidance. While others sign up with me to help get them back on track with their food, sleep, and workouts. I have the skills and the knowledge to help make a difference in your life. You can ask me anything in the wellness world!
How do I know that I need your help?
The most common complaint I get is “I don’t feel good”. - not sleeping well, overeating, mood swings, brain fog, fatigue, feeling lethargic - We work together to fix the issues at hand. Also – I provide my clients with the right tools to continue with a healthier lifestyle. It’s not about weight loss alone, it’s the whole mindset and approach to wellness.
What credentials do you hold?
I graduated from Florida International University in Miami with a B.S. in Dietetics and Nutrition. Then I received an M.S. from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in Nutritional Sciences with a concentration in neurocognition.
Can you tell us more about your plans?
As a virtual nutrition coach, I am a firm believer in breaking free from the diet culture. My main mission is to empower you with the knowledge aimed towards implementing long term sustainable lifestyle changes that you can carry out on your own. My meal plans are customized to your needs and lifestyle. This means that I will work with you in the way that best suits you. If you’re the kind of person who likes cooking, I’ll provide you with recipes. If you’d rather follow macros, I can provide you with a flexible meal plan. We work together to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Can you help in changing my eating habits?
Yes, together we will create lasting and balanced eating habits. You won’t only lose weight, but you will also feel happier and you will lower your risk of developing chronic diseases like diabetes. Also, I will provide you with the right tools on how to be a smart food shopper, for both you and your whole family.
Are your plans suitable for people who are already on a special diet (ex. vegetarian) or with chronic illnesses such as hypertension?
Yes they are, details are discussed in a thorough initial consultation which is included in all of my plans.
What can I expect after committing to your plans?
You can expect to understand your body more, improve and be at peace with your relationship with food. With time you will be confident and self-reliant with your health decisions.
How do you get people to change?
Simply put, I hold them accountable. Being motivated will get you through half the journey & accountability will get you to the finish line. At the end of the day – you need to learn how to be aware of your own body.
Where are your clients from?
I have clients all around the GCC, Australia, the US, and London.
What age groups do you work with?
I feel socially responsible to raise awareness about sustainable healthy living in my community. That being said, I have worked with children, teenagers, college students, young adults, couples, and menopausal women as well.
